Course Description:

Students will learn through lecture, mindfulness techniques, experiential games, 5 element practice, social engagement activities and individual explorations a more embodied way to better understand their own proprioception, interoception and exteroception abilities in order to better serve themselves and their patients in a clinical setting. TCM counselling draws upon the theory of the medicine and the self awareness of the practitioner in order to specifically address and best serve our patients emotional and psychological needs.
