ACUPUNCTURE GRADUATE CLINIC INFORMATION
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Graduate Clinic
Graduates treating clients in the acupuncture graduate clinic have completed their training and are steps away from becoming R.Ac's (Registered Acupuncturists). AIM Academy is proud to be the first institution to offer this service to both clients and recent graduates.
At this time, graduates will begin treating various clients and build upon their knowledge and experience by treating a variety of issues such as: lower back pain, stress, headaches/migraines, menopause, menstrual pain, digestion issues, constipation, insomnia and abdominal pain (just to name a few). Treatments are done on a one on one basis and are supervised by highly trained R.Ac supervisors.
This clinic is ideal for those who would like to continue working with their student now graduate therapist, try acupuncture for the first time and are interested in learning more about their body's condition from an eastern therapeutic perspective.
Did we mention treatments are covered by most insurance plans?!
We are now accepting bookings with Elena and Camille!
Elena Dobrovetsky M.Sc.
Elena started her medical education in Medical school in the Soviet Union.
She completed a Masters degree in biomedical chemistry from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
She worked as a scientist at University of Toronto in the biomedical drug discovery field. Her research in the field of protein crystallization resulted in multiple publications in scientific journals. While working with the smallest parts of the human body – proteins, Elena had always been interested in the bigger picture: how smallest particles communicate with each other and work together to make our amazing organism function as ONE big unit.
Because of this search for a more holistic approach to medicine Elena entered AIM Academy in 2016.
Elena has graduated from the program in 2018 and is continuing her studies with Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine for acupuncturists.
She feels grateful and excited helping people maintain a healthy, pain free and happy life.
Camille Greenstein is a graduate of the 2018 Acupuncture Program at AIM Academy and has been working in health and wellness for over 15 years.
She currently practices Tao Shiatsu that she studied at the Sangha in Toronto. She also works as a personal trainer and yoga teacher throughout the GTA.
Camille focuses on a holistic treatment plan for patients suffering from physical as well as internal pain.
Back and neck discomfort, insomnia, anxiety, digestive and gynecological ailments are among the many issues she is passionate about helping people with.
She is excited to be practicing at AIM Academy as she works towards becoming a fully licensed acupuncturist.
