This course is a real eye-opener for anyone who wishes to understand how their body functions and how to improve their health in everyday life. This course is perfect for both beginners and therapists wanting to expand his/her clinical knowledge. Not only will you be introduced to a unique medical model of the human body from a Chinese medical perspective, this course will also change your outlook on human health and the prevention of diseases.

Enrolling into an academic program is a huge commitment, both financially and for your schedule. That's why we recommend taking Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory, offered as a part of or independently from the Acupuncture Program.

This foundational course has the perfect schedule for both busy students and Healthcare Professionals looking to explore Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine without committing to the full program. TCM Theory runs only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ensuring that students are able to take classes with minimal disruption to their other commitments.

This course can also be applied to our Acupuncture Therapy diploma program and reduce your course load if you decide to pursue the part-time Acupuncture Program! Healthcare Providers are also exempt from taking courses such as Anatomy and Physiology, lightening the course load even further in the first year of the program.

After TCM Theory, you'll be in a position to continue as a part of our part-time program or increase your course-load and transition into our full-time acupuncture program.
