  • Samskaras
  • The Four Brahma-Viharas

and their practical application in reducing suffering in our lives.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by the student on or before two weeks prior to the course start date will result in a $35 + HST cancellation fee. Student cancellations made after that date will not receive a refund.

Tony Tavares is registered acupuncturist and TCM practitioner and educator with a private practice in Norwood, Ontario where he also offers Mindfulness counselling based on Buddhist psychological principles. He is the founder of the Lotus Meditation Centre in Norwood Ontario and regularly gives Dharma talks in Norwood, Peterborough, Lindsay, Cobourg and Toronto, and leads retreats at The Dharma Centre of Canada.
