Kirsten began her studies at Ryerson University with a degree in Applied Nutrition and became certified as an ACE personal trainer. For the next ten years she worked in health centres and privately focussing on sport-specific training and dietary coaching for weight loss, digestive issues and endocrine imbalances. During this time she taught Nutrition at George Brown College, wrote a book on the science of weight loss, and presented corporate seminars in downtown Toronto.
Ten years ago Kirsten returned to school to study Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, including philosophy and movement training forms; Taiji and Gigong. Her work’s mission is to help you navigate your own path to physical health and mental wellbeing through treatment, education, food and exercise.
