Introductory Applied Mindfulness Meditation
This mindfulness meditation course is for those who want to reconnect with themselves and learn basic mindfulness meditation techniques. You will become familiar with mindfulness meditation and experience how it can be a support for you in your everyday life as well as in your work life.
Mindfulness is a clinically proven practice that provides you with the life-skills needed to manage your emotions, tension and thoughts in order to experience more peace, stress relief and joy.
You will receive guided instruction through a series of mindfulness meditation practices, as well as practical exercises to bring mindfulness into everyday life. You will learn to focus the mind and to be more mindful with yourself and others.
Mindfulness increases your focus and concentration. Skills such as the ability to listen and gauge body language, as well as empathy and compassion can help you to experience more joy and happiness in your life.
Mindfulness Meditation helps you to:

To register, please call 416-323-1818 X 200. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard or in person using cash or Interac. Six person minimum is required to run this course however class sizes are kept small to allow for a lot of one on one time with the instructor. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Register early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations two weeks prior to the course start date will result in a $35 + hst cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date will not receive a refund.
Instructor: SABINE BUHLMANN
Sabine Buhlmann is a life coach and meditation teacher. She studied life coaching at the Institute of Applied Psychology of the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She also completed a three year program in Transactional Analysis, an approach that combines psychology and psychotherapy. With more than a decade of experience Sabine now integrates Mindfulness Meditation into her life coaching process. She attained her Applied Mindfulness Specialist certificate at the University of Toronto. She’s also a yoga teacher, trained and certified through the International Sivanda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
